Justin Kaufman

Justin Kaufman is an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP real estate investments and transactions group. Justin advises investors, private equity clients and other financial institutions on a broad range of transactional matters, such as acquisitions, dispositions, repurchase facilities and financing.

Justin also advises a broad range of clients on issues related to blockchain, cryptocurrency and NFTs. He conducts extensive research on digital assets and writes extensively on the legal and business issues associated with blockchain and cryptocurrency.

Alper Aydinoglu

Alper Aydinoglu is a commercial real estate professional and an entrepreneur, with over thirteen years of real estate experience. Alper has hands-on experience with the acquisition, rehab, property management, asset management and resale processes of residential and multi-family projects. Alper is well versed in performing investment and credit analysis on all major property types, including multi-family, retail, hotels, office, mobile home communities and industrial properties, ranging anywhere between $1 million and $100 million. Marcus Bourn

Marcus Bourn is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate services, acquisitions, asset management, brokerage services while also investing in residential and commercial properties.

His work in commercial real estate has taken Mr. Bourn all across the United States and Western Europe, but his core focus has been retail transactions on the Eastern Seaboard. His time in commercial real estate has given him exposure to various markets and negotiating both simple and complex transactions.

In 2014 Mr. Bourn was exposed to Bitcoin, but it was not until 2018 when he became very interested in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies. It was while attending an event for the Wall Street Blockchain Alliance that he really connected the dots between blockchain technology and real estate. Since then, he has continued to network and learn more about blockchain technology. He recently completed the Blockchain Strategy and Cryptocurrency at University of Oxford.

Feras Moussa

Feras is a serial entrepreneur with a tech background. He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and began his career working at Microsoft as a Program Manager where he became an Invited Expert of the W3C to help define the next generation of the web.
